The only thing bringing me peace is Radz-at-Han music. Especially the deeper version someone mixed on YouTube with Emit Selch dancing to it. Listening to it for hours per day in the background, all week.

YouTube even built a playlist from that one song, and it’s all really amazing instrumental Indian and Algerian music.

FFXIV has the best video game music ever made. Second place is Chrono Trigger.

The best thing to do when quitting any drug is staying as busy as possible. You might feel like laying in bed for hours but dont. If youve got work to do around the house do it. Tire yourself out, only lay around when its time to sleep.

Did that 3 times, never gets better haha. With bad luck the "shocks" in the brain remain for months if not years

I personally recommend Blue Fields(Shadowbringers) from your orchestration machine, if you've unlocked it.

it's from Eden raids, granted the good part is it's a quest reward, not a dungeon drop.

Are you able to taper down from your dosage gradually? Quitting cold turkey is really not so good for your body!

- Have you tried the Xenoblade and Xenogears OSTs? They're also Mitsuda works that will get stuck in your head and help you zen out.
