Character stuck at Now loading

I've tried both the customer support center and GM call and got the run around from both. My character is unable to login after a crash, it's just stuck at the Now Loading screen. It shows me as online if you check the friends list, but I'm not actually in the game. Is it really this hard to physically kick a character completely off the server? What can I do about this at this point? A friend of mine said he had a similar issue and the only thing he could do is wait for a server maint for him to be kicked off. Why can't a GM just log me out?

Steps:
Upon attempting to zone into the Hyrstmill Hamlet, our party got a R0 connection and were disconnected. Upon relogging into the game, we were unable to reinvite people to our party. When I attempted to log out and back in to see if I could fix it, I was unable to log back in and was stuck in the Now Loading screen.

To add to this everyone who was involved in the crash can no longer access our linkshell outside of the Hyrstmill hamlet defense instance.
I can equip the shell inside, but upon exiting, the shell is unequipped by the game.

Not able to activate Legacy Core linkshell. the bug is affecting everyone in the LS. examining members with the linkshell in limbo results in no message of examination in chat-log (name or linkshell).

Plus we want our Madruk back!!
