Can't relocate FC house.

Our FC has small house in shirogane plan to relocate to Limsa but there's no button to do it.

We found the plot that currently have 1 participant in lottery system but we can't enter.
Only buttons appear are [view lottery results] and [Cancel]

Is there anything to do first before relocate FC house?

If the only options are [View lottery results] and [cancel] then the lottery is in the results phase.

It's a 9 day cycle, 4 days of entries and 5 days to claim.

Wards are also split into FC and personal housing. Make sure you're trying for a FC house in wards 1 to 9.

Like Seraphor said, we're currently in a claim period.

The next lottery entry period will start Sunday 8am Pacific.

Keep in mind that the plot you located may still end up claimed before then since there was an entry in the last entry period.

Aside from what everyone else posted, also check your 'storeroom status' on your FC house both interior and exterior if you win a lottery bid. If you are over those limitations, it won't allow a move until you bring it back down to the cap storage amount. The storeroom status is in your Housing interface, Estate Settings I believe.

He said they currently have a small house so it would be impossible for them to exceed the temporary Storeroom limit during relocation. It's only an issue for medium and large house owners.
