Connection Issues

I've been having connection issues for the past week or so, having lag every minute and disconnecting from the game around every 20 min. This usually happens when I enter an instance (i.e. Dragonsong's Reprise (Ultimate), The Weapon's Refrain (Ultimate)). I've never had this issue before and it just started right before the patch. I think it's a routing issue with my ISP, but I've seen others with connection issues recently.

Still having issues today, haven't had any lag in Storm's Crown EX, but have had lag every pull during The Weapon's Refrain (Ultimate). I usually lag during the ifrit dashes as well as the titan landslides during ultima.
