Crashing during load screen, tried multiple fixes, nothing working

As the title says, I'm having issues where I'm crashing during the initial load screen after character select. It will start to load, then crash me to desktop without any error info to look up. This is a fresh install, as the install before was doing it as well, and I've run through the forums and through google for multiple fixes including removing data for the area I'm in and reinstalling it, turning off my windows firewall and making sure FFXIV is whitelisted in my antivirus (which is Kaspersky btw) and I'm at a loss for what to do next. It was working on this laptop recently, as I participated in the summer event just last week, but now its crashing with no explanation and I could really use some help.

I did a complete reset of my laptop and reinstall of everything that was there before and its still crashing in the same location. This is my system information from the launcher. I'm at a loss.
