On the topic of streamers, while I don't watch any. Is it me or ffxiv in general is barely getting any new popular streamer and is keeping the known band throughout the years despite its rising popularity?

FF XIV isn't THAT fascinating to watch other people play, aside from world first races or whatever. That's what it really boils down to. Most people would rather just...play the game. Personally, I watch Zepla's vids on youtube because I like to hear what she has to say. I tend to agree with her more often than not on most things. But she's really the only FF XIV streamer I pay any sort of attention to, and one of a very select few streamers I actually give a hoot about in general.

Cause people would rather repost Zepla vid content on here than actually go look at new content creators. They exist lol. Actually seen a lot of smaller ones pop up making 6.2 prep lists (you know, actually useful information for players instead of opinions from a girl wearing bunny ears whose content is literally pulled off of here). Reminds me of the youtubers who just talk about/regurgitate other people's reddit posts for content when they lack ideas.

Seem coming from arrogance tbh. First, they call her a booby streamer, and now being an elitist. I never got that feeling either from the videos that do pop in my recommendations.

Honestly, I don't really care what their reasons are. It's not that hard to show a least a modicum of empathy. As I said before though, the OP is not making a small request. There's a lot of factors to consider, and I fully understand that myself, which is why both sides have valid points. One is more hostile than the other, however, and that's not really okay.

The problem with that is simply to where would it end? We in the western world have it pretty comfy compared to almost literally everyone else. Wars are happening everywhere almost. Square simply can't shouldn't and won't lower anything cause if they did now, then you can best bet someone will say " You did it for them!!" And BOOM. Like if they listened to OP what about the people on the other side of the war? Do they get a discount too? You see where the issue is? It simply can't be done. Plus out of all things to be worried about, FFXIV is the last thing you should be worried about when your nearby homes and streets are being bombed and shot at on the daily.

Correct me but aren't they already paying same amount in EUR as the rest of us? It's just converted. I'm paying in SEK which converts to EUR.

With that in mind, what is the difference?

Yep. Unless one is a Steam user, it's going to be one only of JPY, GBP, EUR, or USD - depending on the country's store one's subscription has been attached to.

Even us Aussies have to convert Euro to Australian Dollar. Today €1.00 = AUD$1,46 (+ bank charges + 10% Tax).
