I'm Scandinavian so the wage difference between the US and Colombia don't say me much. I know it's hard for many people in Europe right now, which was my point.
Probably could have left this part out. It's not a good look to be an asshole.

Regional pricing is not a new concept when it comes to video games. Russia and surrounding countries used to have access to regional pricing for several games. Things have changed recently because of sanctions. I think Brasil did for FFXIV at some point but I am not sure if it is still the case. Many other parts of the world never have access to such pricing.
Most of my Spanish speaking South American friends used to be “Russians” in SWTOR otherwise they weren’t able to afford a subscription. They couldn’t do it with FFXIV and the US pricing is simply prohibitive for the average family there.
Probably could have left this part out. It's not a good look to be an asshole.
