What does that have to do with your claim that she is a booby streamer?
Seem coming from arrogance tbh. First, they call her a booby streamer, and now being an elitist. I never got that feeling either from the videos that do pop in my recommendations.
Not really. Not all EU use Euro as a currency.

Correct me if im wrong, but those countries are still paying the same amount people in EU are paying. Doesn't matter which currency it's gonna be if the cost is the same. Pretty sure they're paying at the euro exchange rate.

Also FF14 isn't running a charity. Everything is getting more expensive everywhere atm..
GCBTW to all of you loving and caring people yada yada.
Sorry OP, all I can say is that I hope you and everyone's situation over in Ukraine gets better.

It would be even higher if it was tied to the US dollar such as in the case of Latin American countries. I have a lot of friends who would like to but can’t afford playing this game because of that. Local salaries are simply not high enough and the subscription cost is disproportionate. Some have local taxes added too. Credit cards use unfavourable conversion rates too so the end price ends up being way more than the basic US price too. They never had access to a special rate as Ukraine and Russia had in the past although the average salary can be lower in several Central and Latin America countries.
I think I speak for all Ukrainians when I say that the financial situation in our country is currently not the best, and while other MMOs have retained their pre-war pricing, FFXIV's subscription price being tied to the Euro currently makes it the most expensive sub on the market by far.
Atm UK pays £7.99, Europe €10.99 and the Americas 12.99 USD month for a 6 mth sub. Taking into account exchange rates, the UK gets the better deal at an equivalent of $9.45/month and the Americas (even moreso for countries other than the US), the worse.

The general unpleasantness of some people in this thread aside...I don't think it's a bad idea on paper to lower the price of subscriptions depending on the location and the situation. I'm just not sure how they'd do that with something that is largely regional, or where they'd draw the line. It's definitely not a simple request.
I think a lot of people are a bit aggressive because they know how this goes and they're just tired. Not really an excuse but still. The general unpleasantness of some people in this thread aside...I don't think it's a bad idea on paper to lower the price of subscriptions depending on the location and the situation. Pausing housing demos for these things is fine, but going even further than that is a bit much. There's a lot of complications with currencies, lost profits, blaming and whatever else that's thrown into the mix. It's one of those things where life isn't fair and chances are you'll make things worse if you try to actually make it fair.
I also think some people are just bitter because truth be told, human suffering and awful life changing events occur constantly around the world, sometimes on a national scale but sometimes not so much. They feel bitter because people seem to pick and choose who to support.
