Different characters in different home worlds?

Hi! So, I originally made an account on Gilgamesh, NA. I'm from Denmark though, so you might see where the problem occurs. Due to timezone differences, and just to check whether it's more active from my POV on European servers, I wanted to make a character on another homeworld.

Is this not possible though? I wasn't able to find any way to, and the $18 fee for something I'm not too sure about just yet, doesn't sound too appealing.

If you have a full subscription, you can have up to 8 characters per world on every world on every server. I have 8 on Fairie, 3 on Midgardsormer, and 1 on Couerl.

A maximum of 8 characters can be created on a single physical data center for trial accounts.

I don't follow - what are you saying is a 'full trial'? Do you mean a subscription to the game? If so, that wouldn't be a 'trial', that would be a subscription and trial elements don't apply; i.e., limitations other than not accessing expansion content that you did not purchase.

There are also two subscription models. One you pay a 'full price' subscription where it would allow you to create multiple characters across multiple data centers. A cheaper version (which is what I pay, I have only one character) allows you just one character on a data center (I don't have the time to make so many characters, hah).
