Bugged lxl 70 high end trial

I already finished main quest stormblood, I supposed to get the quest and do the trials for The Minstrel's Ballad: Shinryu's Domain or The Minstrel's Ballad: Tsukuyomi's Pain. But when I talked to Wandering Minstrel in Kugane, it doesn't show any of them. It is a glitch. Can you check?

I cannot unlock because the quest is not available to me at wondering minstrel, I have already completed the main quest (stormblood).

Are you sure those two duties aren't already unlocked, and are listed in the Duty Finder?

From what I remember, you don't actually get a quest. It's just a dialogue option that unlocks the duty.

If you press U, then click Trials (ARR, Heavensward, Stormblood, Shadowbringers), scroll down and click Stormblood, do you see The Minstrel's Ballad: Shinryu's Domain under High-end Trials (Stormblood)? Or is it missing amongst the other (Extreme) trials?

I already finished all other 5 high-end lv70 doggos extremes, but the

doesn't show up at all, I talked to Wandering Minstrel many times, just these 2 extremes are missing, there're are no dialogs at all

That is really strange. I can't think of any other reason why.

Although, if you ever bought an MSQ skip potion, it's possible that you need to complete the normal versions first because skip potions don't actually complete the duties, just the quests that require them.

Tsukuyomi: Castrum Fluminis

This is definitely a bug, I just checked the pre-requisites on the wiki and you have already satisifed them and should be able to unlock the duty.
