There's a difference between trolling and just genuinely trying to interject a little humor into the community. But instead of playing along everyone decided to be miserable and berate something that could have been fun.

You're all right. Let's go back to our 70+ pages of arguing the validity of E3. Clearly a more constructive use of everyone's time.

Transposition of mechanical elements of the 'dead' characters into new ones (that'd have to be recreated, and probably have the main quest and a few other sidequests reset, but otherwise keep all quest flags untouched) who pretty inherited things from the 'dead' ones.
Hells, even go and roll that for everyone.

That would be awesome.

Just adding to the count. I've really become a huge supporter of posting clearly ridiculous ideas for the sake of detracting from the ones that are sadly serious. Sure, it may take away from real posts but come on - those are, like, 1 out of 30.

The best part about these types of posts is that it reveals the snarky players who think they're clever with insulting posts as being, well, stupid. I mean if you can't look at an idea and identify it as being completely humorous then your very presence defies natural selection. In short, Darwin is amazed by you.
