You are referring to the Windows IME not the auto translator. The Auto Translator works the same way regardless which language you use.Reason I say "For English" on Japanese Input on Windows you have custom dictionary and people made FFXI, FFXIV dictionary which pulls out all in-game terms, items, recipe just by typing few words, kind of like how the Kaomoji Dictionary works for the face ☆-(ノ゚Д゚)八(゚Д゚ )ノイエーイ <-- this stuff works just by typing "kao" (Face)
So in the JP dictionary you can add words like ファイア (Faia) and as you type ファ you will have the option of ファイア but also also show the English Fire as option
Hello guys,
As you all know, we were able to implement a lot of new words into the auto-translate dictionary for 1.23. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to get in all of your 【Fabulous】 suggestions. But do not fret! We will continue taking suggestions right up through 2.0 (and beyond) to further improve the feature, so if you have any ideas, keep adding them to this thread.
Cheers!
Words I would like:
"Camp"
"What job do we need?"
could we have "Camp" alone? not the camps name like Camp Horizon or such...
like when you want to say "should we camp here?" "move camp?" "camp near XXX" etc....
I think it could be useful
Also maybe "What job do we need?" I know there is something along "what job do you have?" but for instance when you recruited 5/6 person and wondering how to allocate the last spots it could be good.
Larek Darkholme @ Ragnarok
"Skirmish" isn't in the auto translate. =P
