Still Waters - unable to complete due to loop

1. Doing MSQ "Still Waters"
2. Talk to Thancred in Horizon
3. After cut scene with Urianger, returns to Horizon and unable to complete quest, only option is to "Decline" and then repeat scenario.

1. Upload your image file to a image hosting website, I use https://imgur.com/
