When I try to log in, I have to change to my Google Authenticator to get my one-time password. Swapping apps sends the logon back to the now blank main login. I can't get a software ID because I apparently don't know my own birthday, which means I am stuck with Google. I tried to send a support email but I don't have a physical device so can't enter the information you ask for to create a ticket. The whole process is confusing and frustrating.
