This is a well crafted debate.
But let me offer a rebuttal to restore SOME amount of intelligence lacking here.
If you say ""many people agree" or say things like "People are not impressed" anything that isn't singular to you in a sentence, you aren't speaking for yourself or your opinion.
Basic, English.
Even a Child Understand this.

This is essentially the pot calling the kettle black. Sorry, but if you cannot contribute meaningfully to a debate without devolving to calling one party a child then you really ought to consider who exactly is the child in this thread.
But to address the point, and many parties are guilty of this but if you attempt to use the words (and a paraphrase): "The majority of..."; "Most people..." then you are essentially just using thinly veiled words in an attempt to present an opinion as a fact, and both are equally as bad.
