    They can't just magically flip a switch and suddenly gear works on all races and genders. The 3D model has to undergo re-sculpting in order for it to actually fit the opposite gender's proportions. Otherwise, you'll have mis-matched holes, seams & floating limbs where the different joints of the body match up, since all gear in this game is effectively the equivalent of legos, where even the skin is built into the gear itself and everything has to be made to specific proportions or it won't line up correctly with each other. Especially for female locked gear becoming male, where Roegadyns & Hrothgars share a unique, drastically different body sculpt that almost gear needs heavy editing for.

    Before being snarky, its best to get good information on what you're trying to be snarky about. When they have to make hundreds of new models between dungeon/instance/zone assets, gear, vfx and new enemies each patch cycle, sparing time towards re-sculpting old stuff isn't exactly a leisure they can take at a fast pace. They'll unrestrict pieces when they have the time - it is complicated, not impossible.

    Because the answer is obvious for anyone who has even the basic idea of how instancing works:

    If a location isn't 24/7 persistently loaded, you can't warp to it, since another server is handling the instancing (usually the instance server proper) from a direct request through an interactable. It's basic server I/O load balancing, don't keep stuff loaded constantly unless its necessary. And trust me, keeping everyone's Island Sanctuary loaded 24/7 would kill the servers in an instant due to the sheer titanic data volume. It's the exact same reason housing interiors aren't persistently loaded, since its just a titanic waste and strain on server I/O load.

    You're not going to find a reasonable argument based on the consumer input or feelings, because it's a cold, uncaring about your feelings technical issue. You either understand the technicality behind it and stop complaining, or you waste energy whining over something that cannot be 'fixed'. because even if the devs read complaints like these, I'd put my savings any complaints regarding technical issues the consumer base are ignorant about will likely be ignored instantly.

    Personally, I don't even understand the problem. The NPC will be like 1 second away from the aetheryte in lower la noscea. This ain't like Eureka or Bozja where you have to warp in then take an aethernet, then walk up to the NPC. Its one of those complaints that just screams 'complaining for the sake of complaining' to me.

    And yet you completely gloss over the fact that it would be no more difficult to add the instance request protocol to the teleport interface. You basically say "just shut up and accept it" in the most arrogant way possible.

    but yes why put em to do stuff even if they get paid for......w/e defenders.....even with actual proof they wont change...is a waste of time trying to deal with your kind.

    BTW i never said it was simple.... shows your reading abilities.
