The hairstyles you have listed are either racially exclusive, released in 2013, styled in stiff or unnatural ways, or in the case of the Hime cut you have posted not used by the playerbase at large due to issues with its design, specifically with how it looks from the back.
That's fine. That's your opinion. The question was do we have similar hairstyles already and we do. And most of those aren't racially exclusive. I popped over to my lala alt and found almost all them minus whatever I didn't have books for and maybe one other. The hairstyles you posted reminded me of that "Can I copy your homework" meme. They might have texture quality but they feel very flat and feel like they lack any sense of individuality to me. Only the 5th one seems to display any sense of variety and one thing we can say about XIV's hairstyles is that they don't lack in variety. It's not always variety to my personal tastes, but it is wide and varied. You have a point on clipping, but if your idea is the "standards" need to be boring and samey hairstyles, then I'd stand in complete opposition to that. Has nothing to do with status quo and has everything to do with individual taste.
