Similarly, I'm looking forward to getting some of the legwear from the unlocked sets. The last time I checked boys in the real world could wear shorts that didn't come down to their calves but the designers are weirdly allergic to allowing us to do that in XIV.

I'm still trying to figure out why Glasses aren't just put in the earring slot so people can wear both.

I'm not knowing much about these Island Sanctuary things, but, seems like a huge missed opportunity to not have them available early to draw new players in. Would've been great to tell a friend, who loves minions, they'd have a place to let many of them roam free... but they're still slowly making their way through ARR...

I'm hoping the Coffer Manifest feature will also apply to PLD sword/shield combo items... Ever since everything was combined, I've completely abandoned trying to see if there's any glams I want to craft, because you can't try anything on from the crafting menu.

This is a really subjective complaint. While you might be displeased by what had been worked on, others might really enjoy that, and I say it particularly not liking these hairstyles and glamour unlocks.

In the case of FFXIV, I feel this will be okay, because there's already a ton of content available to people just starting out. And I haven't seen this confirmed, but it sounds like people can start at least visiting other players' Island Sanctuaries as soon as they finish ARR, giving them something else to look forward to down the line.

How much of that content appeals to minion collectors?

Gonna disagree with your opinion here. Island Sanctuary seems like it represents a different style of content that otherwise isn't available early on, making it something that has a far greater chance of attracting players that are otherwise not interested in many other branches of content.

I ain't saying make it available at level 10. But 90 is excessive.

better vote with your sub then. stop supporting them if you don't like where things are going.

either that or buy enough stock to get on the board of directors so you can tell them what you want to happen.

Guess I'll keep waiting for the Valentiones set being gender neutral

At long last the Far Eastern Officer's Uniform is mine!!!! Just need the Eastern Lord Errant's Attire and that stellar Valentine's day vest that male characters got a few years ago and I'll be set for all the outfits I've wanted to be unlocked.
