    Option to stop chat from autoscrolling.

    See the title, can we have an option to stop the chat from auto scrolling to the bottom every time there is a new message?
    When you try to scroll up and read older messages the chat keeps jumping down, that is really annoying when you try to ready something.

    When it is a t the bottom, it should auto scroll obviously.
