I get the OP's point. There are things that are uncomfortable for people in different ways. Most things I just kind of go through (and I'm a pretty stringent introvert, so dancing on stage is low-key terrifying), but I could see how someone with experience with the sex trade as a victim (or knowing victims) might feel particularly uncomfortable.
My answer to that in this case would be, "So you understand how vile this place and Vauthry are, which will make trouncing him all the more justified in the end".
Bad things happen irl and in fiction. Some of them can feel "too real" to some people. But it is still fiction, and it's to paint the picture of evil, and few things would do so better. So that's what I'd say to it and kind of just plow through.
