Ending Cutscene of Quest "A New Path of Resistance" Cannot Be Skipped, Has No Warning

NPC name: Allagan Node
Class/Level: DRG Level 90
Party or solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: Gangos X5.9 Y4.8
Steps:
1. Turn in the 15 Timeworn Artifacts required to complete the quest.
2. Assign the Relic's stats into any configuration.
3. The cutscene will play after confirming the Relic's stats.
4. Press Esc to attempt to skip the cutscene. It will give the error "This scene cannot be skipped."

More Notes:
- All of the previous upgrade quests(Change of Arms, For Want of a Memory, The Will to Resist) have skippable cutscenes.
- There is no warning to cancel any pending duties prior to turning in the quest, unlike other cases of quests having a cutscene that cannot be skipped.
