    Plot of Land forfeit error

    Heeey Square Enix support!

    I'm in big trouble, the game says that my claim for a plot of land has been forfeit. And I will lose 50% of the gil!
    I didn't forfeit the plot of land, I never noticed that it was available for claiming.
    I did play the game on the 21. August, and I think I was playing on the 22. too. I never noticed any option to claim it. I did get a notification about it being in progress, or maybe I misunderstood?

    I have ADHD, and sometimes details slip my mind, and specially during the late hours of the day, when my medication are not working as well.
    FFXIV is supposed to be a relaxing game, not a game that makes my character become broke.

    I feel so stupid, and now my FC won't get the plot we all where so excited about, please help me out!

    (I originally send a in-game bug report, but noticed today that they don't answer individual cases. Then I wrote using the Square Enix ticket support, and the GM directed me here) So I was contacting support already on the 23. August, just took me so much time to find this forum)

    We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Based on your information, this concern can only be handled a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number you originally created for the issue. Note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist on the forums for these type of issues.
