    One Time Item Recovery Submitted 4 Months Ago and STILL not Actioned

    At this point, I don't know where to turn to other than complaining here and hoping for an actual change. Four months ago I completed the Ultimate Weapons Refrain Ultimate (aka. UWU) for the first time. Got my shiny weapon and everything, the RDM one. And of course made the dumb mistake of forgetting it was in my inventory and accidentally handing it in to my Grand Company for seals. Well in that same day, I submitted a request to have the item recovered (because I worked for MONTHS to get that shiny weapon and heck yes I'll use my one item recovery to get it back). Well as said in the title, its been four months and its STILL not recovered. I have followed up at least half a dozen times and every time the response is that they have escalated my request and a GM will get in touch with me. Yet that never happens and I'm left sending another reply to support asking what is going on to the same response again. So I've hit the bottom of the barrel and am posting here. Maybe it will actually get the request actioned. Or nothing will happen. I've got no idea anymore but my patience has worn out a long time ago to have such a simple request completed. I spend money on my subscription, extra retainers, and even Mogstation yet the one time I need support? Nothing. Maybe this cry for help will do something. Who knows. I hope so.

    We understand the frustration this matter may cause. Based on your information, this concern can only be handled a Game Master in-game. You may contact a Game Master using the /supportdesk command for further assistance and referring to the ticket number you originally created for the issue. Note that the Game Master support team may be experiencing high contact volume and will handle contacts in the order they are received. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist on the forums for these type of issues.
