You could request for a one time item exchange, but not only are those coins going to be uncapped next week, it would be a pretty low value out of the exchange.

You can farm A and S rank hunts for Sacks of Nuts and buy a gear upgrade that way instead. There is no weekly cap on these, so you can buy as many gear upgrades as you want. You can also farm savage for them.
