Island Sanctuaries and Retired Racing Chocobos

I... rather like this idea. They don't necessarily have to do anything major but just make it sort of an aesthetic feature. It certainly keeps to the relaxing farm theme they want to encourage.

Was trying to find if anyone had made a post regarding this but couldn't find anything. I don't know how many people do Chocobo Racing so this may only affect a small percentage of players. I started properly doing races and retiring Chocobos a while ago and was thinking it would be nice if the retired Chocobos were more than just an item in your bag to be used for breeding.

When Island Sanctuaries were first announced I thought it could be a good idea to be able to "release" retired Chocobos onto your island so they could just wander around or whatever. Now they have mentioned that minions can be released in a similar way. Plus the trailers for 6.2 have shown Chocobos running around the island so this has made me think it could be a fun addition for some. Anyone else think this could be a good idea or if it would even be possible to implement?

I love this idea. I sadly haven't kept the forms for all my old racing chocobos but I would love to set the ones I have left free on the island.
