Square-Enix, please help. The roegadyn griefing on Sargatanas must be dealt with

I am asking the in-game moderation team for FF14 NA Servers to help us clean up our streets.

For the past several days, a multiboxer making several identically-outfitted roegadyn characters has been actively targeting the Sargatanas lalafell community for in-game harassment.

For background context: the Sargatanas community has for a long time now had a place known as The Lala Wall in Sargatans Limsa Lominsa. It's a ledge in the aetheryte plaza where lalafell players congregate to socialize or tab out. We don't obstruct or bother anyone, we just loiter and chit-chat.

A few days ago we started seeing these people in Limsa Lominsa. There are lines of roegadyn positioned specifically to obstruct our hangout spot and create a visual blockade against us.



I hope it's clear from the screenshot alone that based on the player names, this is NOT just random organic loitering. These are throwaway alts made and placed specifically to try to be a targeted nuisance against us in particular, to try and annoy us away from a public space.

As further evidence that they are specifically targeting us for harassment behavior, I offer these followup screenshots. After a couple days of this we gave in and moved to Gridania to loiter and socialize. They followed us there and began the annoyance campaign anew.




None of this is accidental. None of it is organic, naturally occurring gameplay. This is a clear and overt nuisance campaign targeted to harass us specifically.

As a cited source to prove that this IS actually harassing behavior, I am going to point to a source from Square Enix themselves:

Specifically, I refer to these points:

• Harassment, Stalking.
  (Example 1) Persistently moving to locations where someone is, despite being asked to stop the behavior.
• Obstruction of Play, Obstructing transit/progress
  Refers to any kind of behavior which obstructs the gameplay progress of others, such as ... forming a blockade at a trafficked passage or entrance.

As I believe the above screenshots will demonstrate, the player(s) behind this multiboxing campaign is/are guilty of both above stated examples of inappropriate player behavior. And as their campaign is being done across multiple sites and directly targeting a specific subsection of the player community, and as their purpose is to drive us away from public spaces, I respectfully request that this/these player(s) be given full-force warnings or other appropriate punishments to make it clear they must cease and desist in this behavior.

Please, moderation team. Help us clean up our streets. Please make it clear to the player community that openly and actively griefing other players is not acceptable.

As much as I love them Roega-Roega, that's not cool. Lalafell and Roegadyn should be friends, not food.

Is this actual griefing tho? Its not disrupting RP and its not like you can't afk and tab out because another character model is there. Tabbing out is not gameplay.

It feels like it falls into a gray area. I can see both sides of the argument. It looks like a pretty weird situation that could fall down to a technicality in the Terms of Use, of yea or nay on harassment/stalking.

EDIT #2: I'm thinking if this went on for a number of days, and the person/people in question were targeting a specific player, not leaving them alone, etc., it ...could?...be considered harassment? Maybe?
