PS4: Various bugs with textures and shaders in multiple areas

This is a follow up post to https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...threads/465941

    Date & Time: N/A
    Frequency: 100%
    World name: Zalera
    Character name: Gunhildr Fisticuffs
    In-game time: N/A
    Area and coordinates: Various
    Steps:
    1. Launch FFXIV on PS4 with any character
    2. Apply the following Video settings (under System Configurations):
    -PS4 Standard
-Draw Quality High (it appears to happen on Normal as well, but my settings are usually on High)
    - Turning on LODs may result in more noticeable visual disruption (as many LODs do not match or render similarly to their mesh counterparts), but issues occur regardless of whether it's applied.
    3. Teleport to the Base Omicron aetheryte in Ultima Thule
    4. Fly around and observe multiple fixtures that appear to not fully draw, or whose textures “wiggle” similar to z-fighting

Here are three examples of various shader issues I began to see after Patch 6.1, in Old Sharlayan, The Fringes, and Ultima Thule (includes clips from a late Endwalker MSQ cutscene, story spoilers): https://youtu.be/fU57Z6Ndsi0

Again, it’s unclear to me as a player if these issues are a result of a global change in 6.1 affecting several different shaders, or if these are separate bugs. My apologies if one or more of these issues has been reported individually already. As shown in the cutscene example, the level of visual disruption can be very distracting during story moments. Hopefully this is enough info for devs to investigate off of.
