Does anyone know how to get a letter/email to the development team?

Although SE is a Japanese company and you could certainly use the Japanese address, the method we used when I used to work at another large global entertainment company was to address the mail to the local distributor who would batch it and pass it on monthly to the cast. So I hope a similar format will help you as well;

I would think it's possible SE will also be like we were, in that we couldn't answer all the letters we got, I know that we certainly passed the messages on and they were read and appreciated. So, I am sure SE will enjoy to read your words and how you appreciate their work.

I would say to go above the branches and go straight to the source. Why battle the gatekeeper when you can bypass them? lol
