Cannot connect specifically to the Crystal Data Center

Not sure exactly what triggered this but every time I try to connect to the Crystal Data Center (where my main character is), I get error 2002. I've connected to the other NA data centers and even the EU data centers without an issue and even created a character on Primal to test whether I was actually lagging or not but the game runs fine. I even uninstalled the game entirely and reinstalled it but it changed nothing. I am a console player in case that change anything

It occurs on PS5 and it doesn't happen to a particular character. The 2002 error pops up when I hit start and try to connect to the data center on the title screen

If you have access to a computer you can try:

In the search box, type CMD and click run as admin, type in " ipconfig /flushdns " without the quotes, this should clear the 2002 error.
