can't login or enter pass in launcher "An error has occurred. Please try again Later"

By all accounts, lots of people are saying that this is a Steam issue. I hope there's a ticket submitted

Usually when you contact square enix they will say it is a Steam Issue, but when you contact Steam they say its a game issue and to contact SE.

I play since beta 3 and only faced this problem after the steam integration thing, so could be Steam and could be SE with a game foundation from 2010.
