    Waymarks

    We require more than 5 saved Waymark presets.

    I suggest 2 preset waymarks for each instanced raid/trial, or if not possible, at least 12, which would allow for 1 preset for an entire raid tier.

    I have one for each UWU, UCOB, TEA, and 2 for P4S. I have no space for Endsinger or P1/2S markers, and if I was in DSR, I'd have to toss my P4S markers. Since some marker positions are precise, and we cannot place markers in-combat, and we require 8 people to enter many instances, replacing these are impractical and difficult.

    Cross-datacenter play introduces more strain on player's waymarks since different datacenters use different waymarkers and strategies. This is another reason to have at least 2 for each instance, not just to accommodate for checkpoint encounters.

    Another ideal would be to allow players to place markers using text commands and XYZ coordinates, that way we could macro placing them and share these macros online.

    i too would like an increase in personal amount of waymark presets, but if you're a static group, you *technically* have 8 x 5 = 40 lol

    I wish we could place markers after the pull. Just place them once whenever. Makes it easier to herd sprouts in alliance raids.
    TEA shenaningans forcing SE to delete marker placement/replacement (just enlighten me if i have understood this all wrong, idc) after pull is the one single thing I am sore about and miss.

    I'm not an endgame raider, but it is still difficult for me to imagine on working on more than five fights at any given time; and/or not being able to prioritize them in a way that would facilitate the decision to overwrite one of the presets with the most current.

    Keep in mind that the last fight of each raid tier is actually split in two fights, both requiring their own set of markers (usually). So right now the amount of markers is enough for the 4 Savage raids (assuming each of these need markers). If you're clearing all of them each week, your slots are gone before you even get to markers for any current Ex-primal or twelve forbid for Ex-primals from the last expansion(s) which still benefit from markers in some cases.

    Sometimes "working on a fight" only means farming it - and its very easy to do that with more than 5 (or 4, if we consider the Savage4/8/12 one fight with two sets of waymarkers) at a time.

    That is like saying that because someone speed hacks in the game that you being stuck moving normally is just inconvenience caused by SE

    Just looking at Savage weekly reclears alone, if you want a marker preset for every fight, that takes up your entire allotment of presets. P1S, P2S, P3S, P4S part 1, and P4S part 2.

    If you want to prog Ultimate at the same time, like DSR, that's another 2 presets. Other Ultimates are 1 preset each.

    Maybe you want to farm Endsinger. That's another marker preset.

    We're already over our currently allowed allotment of markers. If anybody wants to do casual reclears of older fights like UWU UCOB or TEA, or prog if their time/PF allows, they're reliant on other players in the party having markers for them. And if they ever wanted to do cross-dc strats, that's more markers they don't have.

    It's two problems. The tiny allotment of markers, and the difficulty in recreating them.
