Thread: Cannot access 6.15 Omega content but have completed all raids required and last quest

Pro Tip-Actually select the Completed button in your Journal and search the starting quest in the future to find it was already completed. I would have deleted this thread but when I went to edit this I couldn't find a DELETE button.

It's actually good forum practice not to delete a thread or post simply because you figured it out on your own before anyone could reply, because as simple as the problem may seem you will not be the only person ever to encounter it, so thanks for editing your solution into it.

This is, actually, a quite common problem that we have to help people with in Novice Network. People looking for quests, unable to get the NPC to offer them the quest, only to find they have already accepted or completed the quest. In that case we typically just link the quest in the chat to see if they can read it or if it comes up as Quest: ??? for them. If they can read it, the quest link opens right to the correct section of the journal and they can see where they are in the chain. If it's just Quest: ??? then we try linking an earlier quest to make sure they did in fact finish the prereqs (they didn't) and figure out which one they still need.

So always search the journal (remember that it's Case Sensitive) or have someone link the quest from their journal if an NPC doesn't have a quest that you've been told they should have.
