FF14 cause 100% disk usage and BSOD

Have you got Antivirus running on your system? If so, have you excluded the game directory from any active scanning? Sounds like one/some file is being locked when the game is launched, which could result in 100% disk usage and the subsequent crash. Also exclude the game settings directory (usually in My Documents > Games)

Thanks. I tried turn off my anti virus while FF14. Still BSOD.
