This right here. Tanks have very powerful self healing tools. So the game wants us to heal less! If you treat the healer rotation as a DPS rotation while weaving heals you'll be (still bored but) happier than casting a bunch of slow GCD heals that overheal and the mobs go down sooooo muuuuuch sloweeeeeer....
