Private House Relocation - Help! I won but it won't let me relocate!

I own a small private house in Goblet, and put in a bid on a small private house in Shirogane. Ward 20. When I put in the bid I did not see any option for a special relocation bid as shown in the official guide here https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes.../housing_land/

It just took my bid.

It now says I have won, but when I accept and confirm the purchase I get the following error: "Unable to complete transaction. You cannot acquire any more deeds."

I have double-checked my storeroom status, and I have the green ticks, and the number of items is below 200 indoor & 20 outdoor thresholds, so should all fit in storage.

Please help!
