We would be happy to assist with your concern. For further assistance, please provide a 'DXDIAG'. This can be done by clicking 'Start' on the Windows icon and click 'Run'. At the run line, please type 'DXDIAG', and hit "OK". Then click "Save all information" (in the DXDIAG window) and save it to a .txt file. Copy all that information and reply to this thread with it. Please also include all details involved with the problem for investigation on our end. Additionally, we would highly suggest that you completely delete the game client and all of the corresponding files. Once you have done so, re-download the launcher and attempt to launch the game once more. If you own the Steam version, please be sure to download directly from your game library. If you own the Windows version, please download from the following site: https://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na/
