    Repeated 90002 error since DDOS attacks

    Hello,

    I am a player on the Crystal NA Data Center. After the DDOS attacks last week, I have began having extensive 90002 errors, rendering the game pretty much unplayable. I saw a previous post that needed additional support and the person has gone through pretty much the same steps as myself. This is a problem that I have never had before. I have been playing this game for a better part of a year and have never encountered these issues and consistent disconnects. I am sad and frustrated with the current situation and would like to try anything to resolve the issue.

    1. Restarting my router is only a temporary fix for about an hour, sometimes not at all.
    2. I have already reinstalled ffxiv and seen no improvement.
    3. I am already using an ethernet cable which I have replaced.
    4. I changed DNS.
    5. Verified my ethernet cable and port works. This problem does not persist in other games.
    6. I have pingplotted my connection to the crystal data center and observed my connection during a crash and found nothing unique about my connection to the server.

    8. Changed my packet send-off to small.

    No one else in my home is experiencing problems with the internet currently. I have reached out to the ISP and they have responded and said the internet is functioning normally. I'm at my wits end with dealing with this problem and am unsure what steps to take from here. The only thing I have not done is reach out to my ISP to check to see if the ports listed above are open, which is something that I can do today as those things are above my own knowledge.

    Beyond that I am unsure what steps to take to help fix this problem. As mentioned previously this is not a problem that I have ever had before and it began after the DDOS attacks, leading me to believe there is an issue on the server side and not through my hardware or client. Any and all help insight or acknowledgement would be greatly appreciated!

    I am experiencing similar. Played fine for 8 months and then a horror show. I can't even redownload the game because it will get half way, then freeze when my internet connection is fast.
