Monk has desperately needed this since RNG Chakras were introduced clear back in Stormblood. Having no overhead between Chakra being usable and overcapping inherently doesn't work, and it's made even worse because Monk has the fastest native GCD in the game.

IMO Chakra shouldn't be RNG at all and should just build on Coeurl form hits or something instead of crits, but they absolutely need some degree of overhead so we aren't losing chakra or having to clip our GCDs to avoid overcap.
