Only one bid was placed in the entire ward 18 of Ravana foundation. I even called out in pf'ers to come and bid the 18th offering to make their exterior for free, but all I saw was, "There were no participants in this lottery" and I blame island sanctuary for taking the steam out of the housing market and sending it into a recession.

So ? What's wrong with that ? Anyone with some logical sense and that doesnt care about FC themselves will use an FC to get a house, it's so easy to get a house that way and it's not even abuse of the system either.

You and OP should form a group. One can complain about neighborhood housing and the other can complain about instanced housing. I'm sure it'll be a great success.

As for why it's wrong, because everyone should be able to get a house without needing to resort to exploiting the system to get one. But I'm sure you'll just reply with how instanced housing is the worst thing ever so I'm just gonna stop there and save my breath.

Exactly and now that I have a house I want the wards to fill up with nice new neighbors, but Island sanctuary took the air out of the bidding process. We have 6 gingerbread houses in ward 18, Ravana, Foundation, and it looks great more would be better and I am working towards that end.

Won't comment on what's wrong with that, but if that's true then that might explain why there aren't that many bidders on houses in OP's ward. Most of the small/med for FCs on my dc that are currently empty stay empty every single bidding session.

It's all the personal plots that are being bid on that people are struggling to get a hold of.

I think you don't understand the situation on Ravana.

There is a large number of personal plots available. We're not talking a few hundred plots left. We're talking well over one thousand. Larges seem to be limited to Goblet at this point but mediums are all over the place and smalls have barely been touched.

There's no one bidding on houses in the OP's ward because there's no need to. They've got plenty of choice in the other wards and in the other housing districts.
