    Red XIII/Nanaki Job?

So, been looking around for a while, and I found a few old posts across several sites asking about what job Red XIII/Nanaki, from FF7, would have in FFXIV - as the game obviously doesn't have Red's "canonical" job of Beast, it initially appears that there's nothing serving as a good fit. I've been looking into the subject myself; surprisingly, I've found several jobs that fit:

    - Gladiator/Paladin: There's actually a character in-game - M'zhet Tia - that seems to be partially based on Nanaki; he's a Gladiator/Paladin.

    - Marauder/Warrior: Some of Nanaki's attacks and such bring to mind Warrior; the vague tribal-esqe design, along with Red's Limit Break "Lunatic High", for instance.

    - Red Mage: A surprisingly solid fit! Nanaki is effectively the Red Mage of the FF7 crew, stat-wise and ability-wise, the coloration does happen to fit, and the general mobility of RDM in-game does fit with Nanaki's own fast movement.

So, what do you guys think? Any jobs that you want to suggest?

In other news, there is no technical debt from 1.0.
"We don't have ... a technological issue that was carried over from 1.0, because ARR was meant to kind of discard what we had from 1.0 and rebuild it from the engine."
