At this point, they probably should say a few things specifically about this issue.

I seriously doubt that any reason SE gave for not giving the "instanced housing" crowd everything they want would make that crowd less unhappy. It would be a no-win scenario for SE.

SE wins by quietly staying true to their vision, not by engaging in pointless interchanges with malcontents.
