If we go this route, ability to acquire Medium and Large FC houses should be tied to the size of your FC. Meaning, those with only 8 members certainly do not need anything larger than a small. And since 512 members is the limit. I suggest:
Less than 200 Members = a small FC should be fine
200 -400 - a medium
400+ a large.

That wouldn’t really solve anything but people mass invite people to hit that magic threshold. Rip any fc wanting to utilise the space for decorations and do cross breeding.
