If we go this route, ability to acquire Medium and Large FC houses should be tied to the size of your FC. Meaning, those with only 8 members certainly do not need anything larger than a small. And since 512 members is the limit. I suggest:
Less than 200 Members = a small FC should be fine
200 -400 - a medium
400+ a large.

You people never cease to impress when it comes to ridiculous suggestions.

You know there are hardly 1,000 FCs, active or not, with 200 players or more?

You know there are hardly 250 FCs, active or not, with 400 players or more?

No, you clearly don't. You go and tell the Japanese players you're in favor of nuking nearly 100% of their larger FC houses for reasons you've yet to explain.
