Frequently, talking about our frustrations with the house purchase system here in the forums (or on reddit/other platforms) can feel like talking into a void (or echo chamber) where our opinions aren't getting heard by those who have the power to make meaningful change - the development team.

It's time to encourage everyone to leave their feedback in a place where it more likely to be seen - the Support Desk "Leave a Suggestion" tool. Perhaps if our frustrations and ideas were left directly in SE's "inbox", they'll get a better sense of what we're feeling.

Don't forget to tell your friends who are also frustrated but don't visit the forums to do the same.

I don't want to be guiding what feedback anyone leaves on the situation beyond this:

Please make certain to use the word "house" instead of "housing". I know some like to say "SE knows what I mean" but you need to remember that unless we're leaving our feedback in Japanese, it will be going through translators/interpreters. It's better to be careful with word choice to make your feelings clear. If you say that you're frustrated that you can't get housing and more needs to be added, they're going to look at your world (unless you're Balmung or Mateus) and think "but plenty of apartments are available, housing isn't a problem".

If you are on Balmung or Mateus, I'd recommend saying "houses and apartments" instead of "housing" as well.

Be specific about why you're frustrated. State your ideas about what is needed to fix the situation. Let's try to get it across to SE that this is a problem meaningful to a significant portion of the player base and that it needs to directly addressed instead of just having the purchase mechanics altered every other expansion.
