Once again the theory is mistaken. Modern day raptors did NOT evolve from dragons. The theory simply states that raptors and dragons shared a common ancestor.
This is science people! Do your research.
When all else fails, Heck the Bed.
Give me 50foot dragons with Spike Flail or it just isn't good enough.

Only under the condition dragons also get a frontal cleave. Of course, that would require the devs to remove the positional requirements for combos, though.
* The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
* Design ideas:
Red Mage - COMPLETE (https://tinyurl.com/y6tsbnjh), Chemist - Second Pass (https://tinyurl.com/ssuog88), Thief - First Pass (https://tinyurl.com/vdjpkoa), Rune Fencer - First Pass (https://tinyurl.com/y3fomdp2)
Dragons don't use Spike Flail. Wyrms do.

Hell yeah, give DRG the omfgaoeoneshotanything attack.
But Spike Flail could be a bad idea with combos MNK goes for a back combo bam oneshot everyone, if there were alternate conditions for it so not just pull hate from the back it could work, but if they did add it it would have to be as powerful as FFXI (crap let the cat out the bag, flames in 3, 2....)

From what I gather, Spike Flail would work like the Deepvoid Slave's Elbow Drop, or the tree NM's backwards clap. You just shout "GOING IN" and hope everyone else gets the hell awayHell yeah, give DRG the omfgaoeoneshotanything attack.
