But you just cant do that or you will have full parties of ninja like someone else has said. Jobs need to make to where they arn't exploitive because they have multiple roles. If I got to sub anything on ninja it just wouldn't make sense.

Again if you so choose thous our stud won't be as good and your dmg will be down and your tank won't et tw buffs/ heals and such so yes it might happen with amazingly 4socketed armor but other then that 1 ninja would be enough. A lot of you are missing he point of it. The point is to play ninja the way you think of ninja everyone's different. Yes ninja art won't be as good as magic dmg and yes ninja tank won't have def other thanks will have an will have to use a lot of skills to make up for it / ninja tools/ needs a lot of attention of mages if not doing well and the range dmg won't be on pare with others ranged dmg but it could keep up of geared super well and the melee damage is where it will be mainly
Sorry for the miss types people in doing this off my phone to pass the time as work.
Ugh what the hell, this thread reaches 50 posts and the guide I worked for weeks on has something of 27 posts. F**K these forums...
another person QQing his Ninja didnt make it to the top
IF SE decides to put in NIN in FFXIV it shouldn't have any capacity for the players to over-use an ability to break it away from the intended design as what happened in FFXI. The job shouldn't have ANY tanking capacity what-so-ever.
Honestly i don't want to see it in the game anytime soon. When it and SAM were introduced in FFXI it was based on this 'far eastern territory' that never was, or has ever become, a legitimate part of the storyline. Although the 7th Umbral Era storyline is all the players have atm, it wouldn't make any sense once again in this game to throw this 'territory' into the rest of the game world. IF the decision is made for some far eastern territory to influence FFXIV, the influence needs to be there, developed, and legitimately part of the storyline long before the players can actually take on a role based on such territory.
