You can filter out emotes in the chat box, also you are reporting people you know irl? You mean you are reporting your own friends? Yikes.
Wonder if you spammed the support so much they put a block on you :P

You can even hide the chat box for no text and if they are emoting right on top of you in limsa you can report while they are doing it after you expressly ask them to stop and GM's will do something about it. Or you're just a troll looking to tell fibs for some drama idk. Alternatively just chill on a different server. Someone emoting on you is hardly worth crying over, if they want to waste their time standing and emoting let them. Just go about your day and ignore them, they will get bored eventually. But if you react they won't ever stop since you are just amusing them.

Hey I don't know there's limited that you can reply support desk? I talked with them around 4-5 times and they blocked my reply with something. It popped up a message "Unable to send report. Please try again." I don't even done talk with them at all. They can't give me a answer about players that bullied me in game everyday. I'm keeping report them but they still bullied me whenever they meet me with emotes. I'm suffering everyday.

Even GM can't help me because they don't care at all. Should I keep suffering like this because no one do their jobs to punish players in this game?

Other things I reported a party for 2 months now, and STF don't do anything with them. I got evidences every times I reported. But they don't even warning or suspension at all. I know them irl but yeah they don't speak anything and keep using 3rd party tools and plugins in this game. they bullied other people in data center with their mods. You left those guys alive and bullied other people.

I asked GM, they keep saying it is not their problems and tell me to post this in forum. I don't know where to post this problems at all they don't even guide me where to post or tell me to do anything. I contacted them with support email a lot but they give me same answer again and again.

First, are you using the in-game Support Desk or are you sending a report to STF through the website?

STF does not handle harassment issues. They handle RMT and botting. They're the wrong ones to go to for help. Use the in-game Support Desk.

Second, if you've been reporting to the Support Desk are you following the instructions the GMs have included in their replies? You review their replies by going to Support Desk - History. That's going to list all tickets you have submitted on any character on your account. Make certain you're closing those tickets once you get the reply unless you're responding to it. If you've been leaving all of them open, that could be causing the error you're getting.

If you've been continuing to submit report after report without following GM instructions, they will get to the point they will ignore your tickets. They're not going to waste their time on you if you're not willing to take steps to help yourself.

Using the blacklist and disabling emote display in your chat will keep other players from "bullying" you that way.

As for your other concern about use of mods, what evidence are you referring to? When it comes to mods, there's really no way to prove it out of VODs from streamed content showing the player's name in the UI. Also, what bullying through mods are you referring to? If it is other players being bullied, it's up to them to report it not you. What you might consider bullying they might considering teasing if those involved are their friends.

Blacklist is a joke. There is a reason I didn’t bring it up. Ignoring seem to be best option though, alongside reporting it.

Blacklist can help depending on the situation. I know a few players who love to spam annoying custom emotes, Since I toss them on Blacklist, I don't see the spam and they're no longer annoying me.

There's no reason not to use it, especially if the GMs ask you to in an attempt to help resolve an issue.

They pick on you cause they get a rise out of you. If you literally do or say nothing and just carry on like nothing is going on one of two things will happen.

1. They get bored and move on.

2. Bystanders will be your voice and state how pathetic they are acting by bugging you constantly.

Now in a IRL situation...doing nothing does exactly nothing. Punch them in their smug face. It'll stop quick enough.
