Feedback on support desk and stf

Hey I don't know there's limited that you can reply support desk? I talked with them around 4-5 times and they blocked my reply with something. It popped up a message "Unable to send report. Please try again." I don't even done talk with them at all. They can't give me a answer about players that bullied me in game everyday. I'm keeping report them but they still bullied me whenever they meet me with emotes. I'm suffering everyday.

Even GM can't help me because they don't care at all. Should I keep suffering like this because no one do their jobs to punish players in this game?

Other things I reported a party for 2 months now, and STF don't do anything with them. I got evidences every times I reported. But they don't even warning or suspension at all. I know them irl but yeah they don't speak anything and keep using 3rd party tools and plugins in this game. they bullied other people in data center with their mods. You left those guys alive and bullied other people.

I asked GM, they keep saying it is not their problems and tell me to post this in forum. I don't know where to post this problems at all they don't even guide me where to post or tell me to do anything. I contacted them with support email a lot but they give me same answer again and again.

Just being real about GMs: they don't even do anything about harassment like this. It's pretty safe to say absolutely nobody is gonna care about someone emoting at you.

Bullied me at Limza Plaza. They use slap emote on my head and other Lalafell spam laugh emote at me.

I can't endure this anymore but GM do nothing at all. Help desk can't do anything. This game has GM for decoration.

Have you considered to ignore it or move to a different server? If someone spam emotes on me I couldn’t care less when you can ignore it or turn off emotes in chat.

This is false.

I've dealt with similar harassment in the past (granted it was taken a bit further with said person impersonating an old character of mine by appearance & name) where someone would follow me around the map and emote at me and just make things generally uncomfortable. It took a couple days but a GM did step in and make contact to deal with it. They just had to see proof of them being asked to stop and ultimately continuing it after leaving the area. I haven't seen said person since then so I can only assume what their punishment was.

This does nothing to stop the problem as blacklisting is only one sided (You're not even removed from their friends list if you block them). Harassers can still locate you by the search function and with cross-DC being a thing, transferring servers doesn't matter anymore unless you go outside of your country's native DC. Ignoring is an option yes but there should be a better solution like having blacklist actually remove you from being found.

Blacklist is a joke. There is a reason I didn’t bring it up. Ignoring seem to be best option though, alongside reporting it.
