so they toss it in to the pile of "things to be fixed if everything else is taken care of". software development is full of those things. they get worked on as there is time, or people to do it. not as much that they dont care, they just have bigger things that need caring about than a minor graphics glitch. dont take it personally.

There is a "Confirmed/Planning to Address" where it could've been put in, as it doesn't specify when it might get adressed. Perhaps even that it's confirmed at all.

And sure, it's not gamebreaking, but it's a weapon (well, transmog/skin) that was included in the Collector Edition, which means a bunch of irl money involved, so having something like that "break" and say it's a feature and working as intended, feels a little "oof" imo.
