Who knows, maybe I'll go from Crystal to Platinum one day, if that happens I'll adjust, learn some strategies, play new jobs, try to diff a weak player. That's how it should be in ranked PVP.

As long as lower rank queues keep popping and give you a chance to climb back up. I'm curious what this "dynamic matchmaking" will look like in practice, maybe it will fix the issue of low rank queues dying.
No, this is a bad idea. Because luck is a big role in CC, since you have no control over your allies. Imagine that somebody who is bad at CC gets lucky enough to where they get 4 competent allies, and thus get on a winning streak and end up in Crystal. Did THEY deserve to be there? No, of course not, they got carried. Now imagine the reverse, somebody good enough to get into Crystal is unlucky enough to get multiple bad players like that over and over again. They go from the cusp of Crystal all the way back down to the bottom of Platinum. That's not their fault, they're getting horribly unlucky with matchmaking. They deserve to be at Crystal, but got screwed by RNG. THAT is why people hate this sort of thing.

Hell, I'm purposefully trying to get all the way to Crystal right now so when the patch comes, I never have to do ranked again because I NEVER want to deal with that nonsense, as it's already infuriating enough to go from the top of a rank to the bottom of the risers. Dropping ranks is something I never want to deal with in CC, and it is very likely going to kill ranked for a lot of players, which results in less players, which results in less matches, which leads to ranked CC going the way of Feast, a dead PvP mode.
